Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Grupr platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to the organization subscribing to Grupr ("Customer") and its users.

2. Description of Service

Grupr provides a cloud-based community management platform for professional societies, alumni networks, NGOs, and membership organizations. The Service includes member management, events, news, resources, and related modules.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed annually at a rate based on the number of members.
• Pricing is agreed upon at the time of contracting and subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of admin credentials.
• Ensuring that its use of Grupr complies with applicable laws.
• The accuracy of data entered into the platform.

5. Data Ownership

The Customer retains full ownership of all data uploaded or generated on the platform. Grupr does not claim any intellectual property rights over customer data.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, Grupr will provide a data export within 14 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

Grupr's total liability to Customer for any cause shall not exceed the fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
